Bread and Butter – Stone Baked Ciabatta with whipped butter with Himalayan salt
Mains – 450-500 gm Aged Chateau Briand for 2 (Ready to cook in oven), Scallops and king prawns marinated in chilli and citrus
Sides – Fine green beans and Roasted shallots, Braised Carrots and Pancetta Crumb, King oyster mushroom, Cherry vine tomato with watercress, Dauphinoise
Sauces – Bearnaise Sauce, Bordelaise Sauce, Brandy and peppercorn sauce
Cheese – British cheese selection served with fig and pear chutney, walnuts, apricots, black grapes and sourdough charcoal and sesame crackers (Maida vale, Vintage Lincolnshire poacher, Oxford blue)
